CVC (Vkan Certification & Testing Co., Ltd., also CVC Testing Technology Co., Ltd.; Chinese: Weikai), with heritage dating to 1958 and a legal entity established in 2010, is the third-party testing, certification and calibration arm of China National Electric Apparatus Research Institute (CEI, stock code 688128), headquartered in Guangzhou Science City, Huangpu District. It is one of Asia's CB laboratories with the widest accredited standards, an IECEE CB National Certification Body (NCB), a CNCA-authorised system and product (CCC) certification body, a CNAS-accredited state key laboratory, inspection body and proficiency-testing provider, and holds recognition from Germany's DAkkS, Saudi SASO, Gulf GSO and Hong Kong EMSD. CVC was also the first CNAS-accredited national calibration laboratory in China's electromechanical industry, calibrating electromagnetics, RF, thermometry, length and mechanics. The organisation operates a 50,000+ m2 test base with 50+ laboratories, 600 staff and 10,000+ instruments across six testing bases (Guangzhou, Shunde, Shenzhen, Jiaxing, Shanghai, Wuhan) plus five climatic/environmental sites (Huadu, Hainan, Turpan, Lhasa, Hailar). It provides safety, performance, EMC, materials and environmental testing for home appliances, automotive and parts, electrical accessories, motors, compressors, welding machines, lighting, electronics, batteries, IT and AV, telecom terminals, medical devices, toys and machinery. Note: the CVC EMC service page is JavaScript-rendered and did not return itemised content, so the EMC breakdown below is assembled from CVC's stated national-centre scope (safety/performance/EMC across these product families) and maps each service to its governing IEC/GB standard family rather than a fetched test list.

China JJR Laboratory is a Guangzhou-based accredited third-party testing and certification organization with over 20 years of industry experience and more than 7,000 square meters of laboratory space. Accredited by CNAS, CMA, CNCA, A2LA, and GLP, and qualified as an IECEE CB Testing Laboratory (CBTL), JJR's reports are recognized through ILAC mutual recognition across all major global markets. The EMC laboratory features both 3-metre and 10-metre anechoic chambers — primarily used for radiated emission and radiated susceptibility testing — operating across international, European, and U.S. standards including GB, GJB, IEC, CISPR, EN, FCC, and VCCI. JJR holds authorization to undertake CCC certification, CQC certification, and supervision inspections for six major product categories: IT, AV, telecommunications equipment, household appliances, lighting, and medical devices. EMC services span design validation, pre-compliance, debugging, and corrective testing, supported by a free EMC modification service to minimize time-to-market for export-bound products.

Shenzhen LCS Compliance Testing Laboratory Ltd. (立讯检测集团), established in April 2004 and affiliated with the Luxshare Group (立讯精密), is one of the largest integrated testing platforms in South China. Operating 8 testing bases across Shenzhen (Shajing, Houting, Gongming, Fuyong), Guangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, and Chongqing, LCS has established more than 40 large-scale testing laboratories within these bases, covering electromagnetic compatibility, radio frequency, product safety, new energy batteries, energy efficiency performance, lighting, automotive electronics, environmental reliability, ecological environment, and chemical testing. The wireless RF division achieved a landmark milestone in 2022 when its 5G terminal testing capability was independently verified and broadcast by Shenzhen Baoan TV. The battery department holds IFM proficiency testing certification. LCS's breadth of product coverage — from consumer electronics and lamps to automotive electronics, e-cigarettes, and food contact materials — and its integration within the Luxshare industrial ecosystem makes it one of the most capable and resource-backed testing groups in China. LCS maintains CNAS, CMA, and A2LA accreditations, and holds IECEE CBTL status for safety certification.

V-Trust Lab (branded STQ Lab), the laboratory arm of V-Trust Inspection Service Group, is a consumer-product testing lab in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan, with group headquarters at the Canton Fair Tower in Pazhou, Guangzhou. Accredited by CNAS, CMA and the U.S. CPSC, the lab runs over 100,000 tests per year and is best known for food-contact-materials (FDA, EC 1935/2004, LFGB, DGCCRF), hazardous-substances (REACH, RoHS, POPs, PFAS, BPA), and toys/juvenile-products testing (CPSIA, CPC, ASTM F963, EN 71, California Prop 65). Within its electrical-products line it offers EMC, LVD, RED and FCC compliance testing to support market access in Europe, the US, China, Korea and Australia/New Zealand, targeting medical devices, consumer goods, automotive and industrial equipment. Note: V-Trust presents EMC only at directive level (EMC Directive 2014/30/EU) without an itemised test-item or standards scope, and is primarily a chemical/consumer-product lab that offers EMC as part of electrical-product compliance — likely subcontracting full-chamber emissions/immunity work. The EMC service types below reflect the standard EN framework for the directives V-Trust cites rather than a published in-house scope; founding year is not stated, and CNAS/CMA/CPSC fall outside the directory's accreditation enum.

WST Certification & Testing Group (Shenzhen WST Testing Co., Ltd.) is a third-party testing, certification and calibration provider headquartered in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with member entities in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Ningbo and an Australian regulatory arm (EESS Australia Pty Ltd). Its laboratory operates to ISO/IEC 17025 (built on ISO/IEC Guide 25 and EN 45001) and holds CNAS and CMA recognition, plus import/export commodity inspection authorisation and third-party authorisations from TUV, TUV Austria, SAA and MET. WST offers EMC, product safety, reliability, energy-efficiency, RED, chemical and battery testing, along with calibration, and supports a very broad certification portfolio (CE, UKCA, FCC, RCM/C-Tick, PSE, VCCI, TELEC, KC, BSMI, NCC, CB, CCC, CQC, SAA, MET, UL, ETL, CSA, EAC, SASO, SABER, GCC, BIS and more). Product experience spans lighting, IT, audio-video, machinery, household appliances, toys, medical equipment, building products, PPE, light-industrial and fire-control products. Its published EMC scope covers emissions (CE/RE to EN 55011) and the immunity family — conducted (EN 61000-4-6), radiated (EN 61000-4-3), ESD (EN 61000-4-2), EFT/burst (EN 61000-4-4), surge (EN 61000-4-5), power-frequency magnetic field (EN 61000-4-8) and voltage dips/interruptions (EN 61000-4-11). Note: founding year is not stated on the site, and CNAS/CMA fall outside the directory's accreditation enum so only ISO/IEC 17025 is tagged.

Automotive and industrial PRD work

Auto and industrial electronics show up more than in a pure consumer-IoT Shenzhen week. CISPR 25 and IEC 61000 join CISPR 32. Export lighting and appliances still fail conducted emissions after a driver change.

Guangzhou vs. Shenzhen or Foshan

Choose the city the truck can reach. Foshan has its own page for that cluster. Confirm CNAS scope and whether FCC is in the quote or only implied.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about EMC testing in Guangzhou

Should I book Guangzhou or Shenzhen?
Book the chamber closest to the factory that has your method. The two city pages exist so you are not forced into one filter.
Can Guangzhou labs do CCC and export EMC?
Ask for both GB and CISPR/IEC methods on the scope. They are related but not automatic substitutes.
