EMC Testing Labs in Alberta – Accredited Facilities
Alberta EMC demand follows energy and industrial plants in Calgary and Edmonton. An accredited EMC testing laboratory here should be asked about surge, bonding, and installation class—not only a catalog FCC scan.

If the product also sells as a commercial catalog item, the same box may need a clean ISED/FCC report for the office version and a harder immunity set for the field version.

Energy and industrial electronics
Controls that sit in a plant see surge and EFT levels that a household-appliance test will not catch. Communications hardware needs emissions plots that survive a steel building. When the product is also sold into the US, plan FCC alongside ISED from the first setup.
Alberta vs. Ontario overflow
Stay when the local scope matches and you want fewer shipping days. Use Ontario for medical depth or a method the Alberta site does not run. Put the installation class in the RFQ so you do not buy Class B for a Class A industrial box.
