About

The Electronics Test Centre is a division of MPB Technologies Inc., located at 302 Legget Drive, Ottawa. Test methodologies and data meet NVLAP, FCC, ISED Canada, Controlled Goods, and Industrial Security Program requirements. Since the late 1980s, ETC has been performing EMI/EMC qualification tests and measurements on equipment ranging from the smallest black box to full-size aircraft, including aircraft-level testing on over fifty planes belonging to the majority of Canadian airlines. Their commercial services are available to numerous industries including telecom, railway, nuclear, medical, and wireless. Additional services include EMI/EMC training programs, RF site surveys, and design and testing for shielding effectiveness on- or off-site, with on-the-spot engineering, problem solving, and mechanical/fabrication support.
