Eleforss Oy is a Finnish EMC, RF and environmental test house and part of the DA-Group corporation, with its business office at Kassimaentie 2 in Forssa and its testing laboratory at Visiokatu 6 in Tampere. The laboratory holds FINAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 under laboratory code T313, covering the principal emission and immunity measurement standards including many of the harmonised standards referenced by the EMC Directive and the Radio Equipment Directive, and the accreditation is covered by the ILAC MRA. The US Federal Communications Commission separately recognises Eleforss accredited test reports as part of American regulatory approval for 47 CFR Part 15 Subpart B (unintentional radiators), 47 CFR Part 15 Subpart C (intentional radiators) and 47 CFR Part 18 (industrial, scientific and medical equipment). The centrepiece is a full-size 3 m full-compliance semi-anechoic EMC chamber supporting radiated emissions measurement to international standards across a wide frequency range. Service tiers are explicitly scaled - product development measurements, pre-compliance, full compliance, and accredited full compliance - so early-stage work and formal certification testing can run in the same facility. The team brings roughly 20 years of experience in radio equipment EMC and RF testing for RED and FCC conformity, and also runs GNSS testing across GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo, plus mains disturbance, insulation resistance, dielectric strength and breakdown testing. On-site field measurement is a distinct offering, used for diagnosing interference problems in situ and for measuring large or mobile equipment that cannot be brought to Tampere, including cases where standardized testing alone is insufficient and a bespoke measurement campaign is agreed with the customer. Environmental, climatic and mechanical testing to the IEC 60068 series complete the portfolio.

Etteplan Oyj is a Finnish listed technology service company headquartered at Tekniikantie 4 D in Espoo with offices across Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Denmark, China and a US sales office. Its Test Laboratory operates under FINAS accreditation T298 to SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025 across two sites, Aholaidantie 3 in Jyvaskyla and Visiokatu 4 in Tampere; the accreditation originated with Espotel Oy's Jyvaskyla EMC laboratory, which Etteplan acquired, and at the time was one of only a handful of accredited commercial EMC laboratories in Finland. What sets the laboratory apart in a directory sense is the unusual breadth of its published product-standard list, which crosses far more sectors than most single-site labs: generic immunity and emission standards (IEC/EN 61000-6-1 to -6-4 including 61000-6-7 for functional safety in industrial environments), multimedia (EN 55022/24/32/35 and the CISPR equivalents), household appliances (EN 55014-1/-2), industrial scientific and medical (EN 55011), lifts (EN 12015/12016), rolling stock and railway signalling (EN 50121-3-2, EN 50121-4), alarm systems (EN 50130-4), protection relays (EN 60255-26), welding machines (IEC/EN 60974-10), medical equipment (IEC/EN 60601-1-2), measurement and control (IEC/EN 61326-1 and -2-x), low-voltage switchgear (EN 61439-1, -7), fire and security alarm components (IEC 62599-2), home and building electronic systems (IEC/EN 63044-5-1, -2) and marine (DNV-CG-0339, IACS UR E10). RF spectrum coverage is equally deep, running from 3GPP conformance specifications for GSM, WCDMA, LTE and CDMA through the ETSI EN 301 908 and 301 511 cellular series to EN 300 328, EN 301 893, IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth SIG qualification, SRD standards below 1 GHz and below 30 MHz, EN 300 440 across 1 to 40 GHz, UWB (EN 302 065), GNSS (EN 300 413), telecom network equipment (EN 300 386) and wireless power transfer (EN 303 417). Testing uses automated measurement equipment and environments, and EMC sits alongside accredited safety, environmental and reliability, antenna and interoperability, Li-ion battery and failure analysis services under one roof, with turnkey compliance consulting and approval management available.

TESTiLABS Oy is an independent Finnish test and certification house at Elektroniikkatie 17 in Oulu, the country's wireless engineering cluster, offering EMC, RF, SAR, over-the-air, safety, reliability and cybersecurity testing under one roof. The EMC facility is built around a 3 m test range semi-anechoic chamber with an interference-shielded control room, an automated environment comprising antenna scanning masts, a turntable, a tilted test table and an RF switching unit with the required filtering, all driven from a single commercial EMC test software package. A separate RF shielded room handles immunity work and doubles as a quiet environment for sensitive measurements, and a GTEM 750 cell provides radiated immunity at extra-high field strengths for special cases. Alongside the EMC chamber the company runs a dedicated SAR laboratory, over-the-air laboratories covering antenna pattern measurement, TRP and TIS, beamforming antenna test and 5G base station 3GPP EIRP and EIS, a hardware reliability laboratory for environmental, mechanical and physical failure analysis work, and an image quality and camera laboratory. Published EMC and RF standards span EN 55011, EN 55016, EN 55025, EN 55032, the EN 61000-3 and 61000-4 series, the EN 61000-6 generic standards, ETSI EN 301 489-1 and EN 301 908-1, EN 300 328, EN 300 440 and EN 301 893, FCC 47 CFR Part 15 Subparts B and C, IEC 60601-1-2 for medical electrical equipment, and the 3GPP TS 37.113, 37.114, 38.113 and 38.124 base station EMC specifications including Release 15 and Release 16 - a base-station EMC capability that is uncommon outside dedicated telecom labs. Pre-compliance testing is explicitly offered beyond the accredited scope for consumer, medical and industrial products, and custom measurement programmes are available. On the regulatory side the company provides CE certification, FCC and ISED certification, country-specific approvals across global markets, certification management, EMI/EMC design consulting, frequency band consulting and Bluetooth Qualification Consultant services.

Verkotan Oy is an Oulu-based Finnish test laboratory specialising in wireless device testing and global market approvals, with over 25 years of experience developing wireless performance test systems. It holds FINAS accreditation to SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025 under laboratory code T287 across two Oulu sites, Elektroniikkatie 17 and Konekuja 8, with accredited activities covered by the ILAC MRA, and is separately certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas. Since 9 January 2019 it has been a formally recognised testing laboratory for Canada, meaning ISED certification can run in parallel with FCC certification for the US market, and it is an FCC-recognised ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory for telecom, licensed RF and low-power transmitter products. Its accredited EMC and RF scope covers wireless devices and electrical equipment and accessories, and notably extends to 5G New Radio base station work including ETSI EN 301 908-24 radiated transmit power and OTA sensitivity and 3GPP active antenna system radiated conformance testing - Verkotan was among the first commercial laboratories to offer accredited 5G NR OTA certification testing for base stations. Beyond EMC the laboratory does SAR testing and RF exposure evaluation with a team carrying over 25 years of SAR experience, electromagnetic field measurements for RF exposure from 9 kHz to 30 MHz added under a 2018 FINAS extension, 2D and 3D antenna radiation pattern measurement from 400 MHz to 53 GHz for antennas up to 3 m and 150 kg, mobile device OTA testing to 5G, GNSS testing, IoT OTA measurement, FCC antenna gain measurement, satellite ground station antenna testing, product safety and cybersecurity testing. It is approved by Vodafone to execute OTA testing within Vodafone's internal terminal process, supplies tissue-simulating liquids, and sells AntView, its own antenna measurement analysis and visualisation tool. Because the test system software is developed in house, the team can modify test scripts on the fly and build new test cases within days.
