International Compliance Laboratories is an independent EMC testing laboratory located in Neenah, Wisconsin. Built in 2006, the 10,000-square-foot facility is purpose-designed for electromagnetic compatibility testing, featuring four EMC testing chambers and a variety of power sources including single-phase and three-phase 50/60 Hz AC as well as variable DC power. ICL provides testing across medical, commercial, industrial, and automotive sectors. Their commercial EMC capabilities cover FCC Part 15 emissions for both Supplier Declaration of Conformity and transmitter certification, Industry Canada requirements under ICES-001, ICES-003, and RSS standards, and European/international EMC testing to the EN/IEC 61000 series.
