About
International Compliance Laboratories is an independent EMC testing laboratory located in Neenah, Wisconsin. Built in 2006, the 10,000-square-foot facility is purpose-designed for electromagnetic compatibility testing, featuring four EMC testing chambers and a variety of power sources including single-phase and three-phase 50/60 Hz AC as well as variable DC power. ICL provides testing across medical, commercial, industrial, and automotive sectors. Their commercial EMC capabilities cover FCC Part 15 emissions for both Supplier Declaration of Conformity and transmitter certification, Industry Canada requirements under ICES-001, ICES-003, and RSS standards, and European/international EMC testing to the EN/IEC 61000 series. They also perform testing to the medical equipment EMC standard IEC 60601-1-2. Their emissions testing scope includes CISPR 11, 14-1, 15, 22, and 32 (and their EN equivalents), along with current harmonics and voltage flicker testing to IEC 61000-3-2 and -3-3. On the immunity side, they cover the full suite of IEC 61000-4 tests including ESD, RF immunity, EFT/burst, surge, conducted immunity, power frequency magnetic fields, and voltage dips and interruptions. ICL also has a dedicated automotive component EMC testing capability, covering ECE Regulation 10 as well as standards from the CISPR 25, ISO 10605, ISO 11452, ISO 7637, ISO 16750, and SAE J1113 families for radiated emissions, ESD, radiated RF immunity, bulk current injection, and electrical transients. The lab is accredited by A2LA for electrical testing, and its NARTE-certified staff brings over 25 years of experience in resolving product and board-level EMC issues. Beyond testing, ICL's engineers offer troubleshooting and consulting services to help clients work through compliance challenges.
