The founder previously established Haitong EMC Inc. in 1993, which operated an accredited EMC and wireless testing laboratory with official accreditation from South Korea's Ministry of Information Radio Research Lab, providing deep firsthand knowledge of the Korean regulatory infrastructure. BWS Tech assists manufacturers in achieving KC Mark certification by managing the full approval process including regulatory requirements identification, documentation preparation, coordination with Korean regulatory bodies, and client advocacy to streamline approvals. The company maintains established relationships with regulatory authorities across Korea and has a track record of efficient, cost-effective approval processes. Prior to founding BWS Tech, the founder held a role at Samsung Electronics managing US-Korea business development.
