Core Compliance Testing Services (CCTS) is an A2LA-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025, Certificate No. 2778.01), FCC-registered and FCC-approved EMC test laboratory located at 79 River Road in Hudson, New Hampshire, near the Massachusetts border. The lab is owner-operated by founder Ken MacGrath and serves customers throughout New England and the northeastern US, as well as internationally. CCTS holds accreditation with multiple international organizations in addition to A2LA.
The EMC test facility is housed in a 3,000 sq. ft two-level fiberglass building designed specifically for 10-meter radiated emissions testing. It features a floor-mounted automated turntable with a 3,300lb capacity, a freight elevator for moving equipment between levels, a loading dock, and an observation deck for test engineers and clients. EMC capabilities include radiated and conducted emissions, radiated and conducted immunity, ESD, electrical fast transients/bursts, surge, pulse magnetic fields, voltage dips and interruptions, and flicker and harmonics. The lab tests consumer, industrial, commercial, and medical products including intentional radiators, to FCC, CE Mark, and a range of international regulatory standards. Markets with particular depth of experience include medical devices, consumer products, marine, IT equipment, and industrial.
In addition to EMC, CCTS offers environmental and reliability testing including HALT/HASS/HASA, temperature and humidity chambers, walk-in temperature chamber, altitude/temperature testing to 15,000 feet, acoustic testing, and package drop. Product safety testing is also available for IT, electrical, laboratory, and medical equipment, including formal CE mark testing and agency witness test arrangements.
