ExVeritas, part of the NMi Group, is a UKAS-accredited EMC testing laboratory operating under ISO/EN 17025, with facilities in the UK, North America, and Denmark. The lab is also FCC-listed for CFR 47 Parts 15 and 18, and holds VCA "e" Mark approval for testing automotive electronic sub-assemblies (ESAs) under EU Automotive Directive 95/54/EEC, in addition to full CE marking compliance. Emissions testing covers a wide frequency range from 20 Hz to 40 GHz, encompassing conducted emissions (20 Hz to 400 MHz), magnetic field emissions (20 Hz to 30 MHz), electric field emissions (1 kHz to 40 GHz), mains supply harmonics (EN 61000-3-2), and flicker and inrush current measurements (EN 61000-3-3). Immunity testing covers commercial, medical, and industrial systems across a full suite of IEC 61000-4 series tests including ESD (EN 61000-4-2), radiated immunity (EN 61000-4-3), EFT/burst (EN 61000-4-4), surge (EN 61000-4-5), conducted immunity (EN 61000-4-6), magnetic field immunity (EN 61000-4-8 and -4-9), voltage dips and interruptions (EN 61000-4-11), voltage fluctuations (EN 61000-4-14), DC ripple (EN 61000-4-17), frequency variations (EN 61000-4-28), and DC dips and interruptions (EN 61000-4-29). Additional services include railway testing, pre-compliance testing, EMF and EMC site surveys, and on-site mobile testing for customer sites including ATEX/IECEx rigs, skids, and mobile units. A notable differentiator of ExVeritas is its dual capability in both EMC and hazardous area (Ex) certification, including ATEX and NEC 500/505 approvals, allowing clients to pursue both certification streams concurrently within a single project.
