The company operates by accessing excess capacity at a network of accredited partner testing laboratories, passing the resulting cost savings to clients through fixed all-inclusive project pricing with unlimited retesting until the product passes. Services managed include FCC Part 15B and 15C testing, ISED Canada, CE Mark (EMC Directive, Radio Equipment Directive, Low Voltage Directive), IEC 60601-1-2 medical device EMC, MIL-STD-461 military EMC, and product safety testing. Wireless technologies handled span Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa (900/868 MHz), Sub-GHz, 3G/4G/LTE, and NB-IoT. Global market certification beyond the primary US, EU, and Canada markets is available on request. Services include requirements identification, test preparation guidance, coordination with the testing facility, certification filing, and delivery of all required documentation, labeling language, and declarations.
