UBBV 1060 BPA

Description
The Aaronia UBBV 1060 BPA is a broadband preamplifier covering 100 MHz to 6 GHz, distinguished from the rest of the UBBV series by its built-in bypass mode. This allows the unit to switch between amplified and direct signal paths, making it a highly flexible option for test setups where dynamic range management or direct signal monitoring is required without disconnecting the preamplifier.
At 2 GHz, the unit delivers 22 dB of gain with a noise figure of 1.4 dB. In bypass mode, it achieves an exceptionally high IP3 of +48 dBm, making it well-suited for high-dynamic-range measurements where intermodulation distortion must be kept to an absolute minimum. Maximum RF output is +21 dBm, and the unit uses 50 Ω SMA connectors (female input, male output). It is compatible with any brand of spectrum analyzer and connects directly to Aaronia's SPECTRAN series.
Each unit is developed, produced, and calibrated in Germany at the Aaronia factory. It ships with an aluminum transport case, international power supply with adapters, SMA tool, and manual. Weight is 146 g with dimensions of 81 × 61 × 29 mm.
