EMC-PA-618

The EMC-PA-618 is a high-gain, low-noise preamplifier covering 6 GHz to 18 GHz, designed to significantly improve system signal-to-noise ratio in upper microwave band radiated emissions measurements. With 45 dB of typical gain, gain flatness of ±2 dB, and the lowest noise figure in the series at 1.5 dB, it delivers exceptional receive-chain sensitivity when used in combination with horn antennas — making it well-suited for resolving weak emissions in the frequency range that covers Wi-Fi 6 GHz, X-band, and Ku-band applications.

Key specifications include a maximum output power of +10 dBm and 50 Ω impedance. It is suited for EMI compliance measurements, signal harmonic characterization, and antenna measurement applications requiring high gain and ultra-low noise across the 6–18 GHz range.
