RFA-0314000-35

Description
The RFA-0314000-35 is an ultra-wideband, medium-gain preamplifier covering 300 kHz to 14 GHz, designed to eliminate the need to swap between multiple preamplifiers when working across different frequency bands. With a typical gain of 35 dB (27 dB minimum) and gain flatness of ±2 dB from 30 MHz to 8 GHz, it delivers consistent and reliable amplification across an exceptionally wide frequency range — from below the AM broadcast band through the upper microwave range — in a single instrument.
Typical applications include amplification of weak signals in EMI measurements, signal harmonic characterization, antenna measurements, and general-purpose low-level RF signal amplification. Key specifications include a noise figure of 5.7 dB, a maximum input power of -15 dBm, a typical maximum output power of +11 dBm, and 50 Ω SMA female connectors at both input and output. The unit is mains-powered via a universal 90–230 VAC supply, with an operating temperature range of 0–60°C. Physical dimensions are 260 × 93 × 180 mm (W × H × D).
