Description
The Frankonia ERC-6 is a full-compliance EMI test receiver covering 9 kHz to 6 GHz, designed as a cost-effective alternative to high-end receivers for in-house EMC development and pre-compliance testing. It supports both traditional superheterodyne EMI receiver mode per CISPR 16-1 and software-based FFT mode per CISPR 16-1-1 Ed. 3.1, delivering significantly faster measurements than traditional scanning while remaining fully CISPR 16-1 compliant. The unit features an integrated 10" touch PC so no external computer is required, along with an integrated 20 dB preamplifier and built-in pulse limiter. All five CISPR detectors are supported — Peak, Quasi-Peak, Average, RMS and CISPR-Average. External software enables fully automated measurements including antenna mast and turntable control.
