The Keysight N9038B MXE is a full-compliance benchtop EMI test receiver and diagnostic signal analyzer covering 3 Hz to a chosen ceiling of 3.6, 8.4, 26.5 or 44 GHz. Built on Keysight's X-Series platform with an all-digital IF architecture, it is fully compliant with CISPR 16-1-1:2019, MIL-STD-461G, ANSI C63.2 and FCC. Alongside swept and stepped scanning, time-domain FFT scanning sharply reduces prescan time, while monitor spectrum, strip chart, spectrogram and real-time analysis aid diagnosis. A CISPR 14-1 click analyzer and APD function are available built in. Verified highlights: DANL –167 dBm at 1 GHz (preamp + noise-floor extension on), amplitude accuracy ±0.5 dB at 1 GHz, and 160 MHz max analysis bandwidth.
