The Keysight N9048B PXE is a high-performance, full-compliance EMI test receiver and diagnostic signal analyzer covering 1 Hz to a chosen ceiling of 3.6, 8.4, 26.5 or 44 GHz. Built on the X-Series platform with a new RF preselector and low-noise amplifier design for industry-leading sensitivity and dynamic range, it is fully compliant with CISPR 16-1-1:2019 and MIL-STD-461G (also ANSI C63.2 and FCC). Time-domain scan and accelerated TDS cut receiver scan and test time from hours to seconds, while real-time scan provides gapless capture and analysis up to 350 MHz with simultaneous frequency-domain, time-domain and spectrogram views and three EMC detectors. Diagnostic tools include strip chart, span/zoom, zone view and marker functions, and it is code-compatible with the MXE.
