The Rohde & Schwarz ESRP3 is a pre-compliance EMI test receiver and signal/spectrum analyzer covering 9 kHz to 3.6 GHz (DC coupled; AC coupled from 10 MHz). Designed for diagnostic measurements during product development and for pre-compliance work ahead of final certification, it combines a conventional swept receiver with an optional FFT-based time-domain scan (Option K53) that significantly reduces scan time. Detectors, IF bandwidths and quasi-peak weighting comply with CISPR 16-1-1; MIL-STD and DO-160 bandwidths are available via Option ESRP-B29, which also extends the lower frequency limit to 10 Hz. A touchscreen UI, limit-line library, transducer correction, automated scan sequences and remote control via GPIB or LAN make it suitable for both bench and automated lab use. Optional ruggedized housing, DC supply and battery pack (Options FSV-B1, FSV-B30, FSV-B32) support mobile deployment. Recommended calibration interval 1 year.
