About
The CEM laboratory of the University of Liège (Montefiore Institute, Faculty of Applied Sciences) performs tests on electrical appliances in conformity with international and European standards. With over 150 industrial references, the lab provides testing services compliant with the European EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. The measurement system is software-driven for fast full-compliant tests or manual for R&D. The lab is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited (BELAC certificate 222-TEST) and also offers pre-compliance testing and standards consultancy. Notable clients include Thales, Alstom, FN Herstal, IBA, SNCB, CMI Defence, and Hitachi ABB Power Grids.
