Advanced Compliance Laboratory, Inc. (ACL) is an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited EMC and product safety compliance testing laboratory founded in 1992. Originally accredited under NVLAP (from 1997), the lab transitioned to ANAB accreditation in 2024. ACL holds FCC listed measurement facility status (since 1992), Industry Canada site approval, and is recognized for CE, VCCI, BSMI, AS/NZS, UL, and CSA compliance services. EMC testing capabilities include radiated emissions (anechoic chamber and OATS), conducted emissions, radiated immunity, ESD, EFT/burst, surge and voltage dips, conducted immunity, harmonics and flicker, and site attenuation testing. Standards covered include FCC Parts 15, 18, 22, 24, 74, and 90, IC ICES and RSS series, CE Mark (EMC Directive, EN 550XX, IEC 61000 series), VCCI, CNS (Taiwan), and AS/NZS (C-Tick for Australia/New Zealand) at both 3-meter and 10-meter distances. Product safety testing covers UL, cUL, CSA, ETL, CE LVD, TÜV, CB scheme, C-Tick, and NOM, with witnessed testing by UL engineers at the safety testing facility. EMC design consultation and global certification services through international partner networks are also offered.

Lichtig EMC Consulting is an EMC consultancy founded by John F. Lichtig, a NARTE-certified EMC engineer with over 35 years of experience in the field. The firm provides electromagnetic compatibility consultation services across the aerospace, telecommunications, information technology equipment, and automotive industries. The consultancy's services cover the full spectrum of EMC program support: developing EMC specifications, criteria, and test plans; test witnessing; risk analysis; and mitigation strategies. Lichtig EMC Consulting also offers training and technical translation services in both English and Spanish. John Lichtig's background is deeply rooted in EMC standards development. He spent 15 years with Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore) in their EMC Group, where he was responsible for RF interference suppression and the development of RFI immunity and emission standards for telecommunications facilities — most notably Section 3 (EMI) of GR-1089-CORE, the widely referenced standard for EMC and electrical safety of network telecommunications equipment. He holds a BSEE from Northeastern University and an M.Eng. (Electrical) from Cornell University. On the standards side, Lichtig is a member of ANSI Accredited Standards Committee C63 on EMC, a past chairman of ANSI ASC C63 Subcommittee 3 on International Standardization, and a past chairman of CISPR/I/WG3, which maintained CISPR 22 and CISPR 24 — the foundational international standards for emissions and immunity of IT equipment. He is also a member of IEEE, Eta Kappa Nu, and Tau Beta Pi.
MESCO Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering services firm with offices in Lörrach and Freiburg, Germany; Windisch, Switzerland; and Fort Lee, New Jersey, USA. Among its broader hardware and software development offerings, MESCO operates its own EMC test center and provides EMC engineering and consulting services, particularly for the industrial automation, medical technology, and process automation sectors. Rather than functioning as a standalone third-party test lab, MESCO's EMC laboratory is tightly integrated with their product development services. Their EMC engineers work alongside hardware designers from the circuit development stage through to CE marking, with the goal of building compliance into the product from the start. If EMC issues are found, their development experts — including specialists in explosion protection, functional safety, and fieldbus communication — can implement fixes directly in CAD, avoiding the need for full redesigns. The EMC test center supports conducted interference measurements and immunity tests in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, covering national, European, and international standards including DIN, VDE, EN, IEC, CISPR, and NAMUR. Specific capabilities include conducted interference voltage measurements per EN 55011 and EN 55022 (150 kHz to 30 MHz), preliminary radiated emissions testing (30 MHz to 1 GHz), and immunity testing per the EN 61000-4 series. The facility also includes thermal and humidity test equipment and dedicated test stations for industrial Ethernet communication protocols such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, PROFIsafe, and FSoE, enabling pre-certification testing for both EMC and communication compliance. Additional EMC services include training courses and CE seminars, conformity assessments, consulting on interference suppression measures, and detailed test documentation. Where formal certification is required, MESCO can arrange test reports from a certified test laboratory.
