The AFJ Instruments FFT 3310 is the top-of-range model in the AFJ EMI receiver lineup, covering 9 kHz to 3 GHz for both conducted and radiated electromagnetic interference measurements. The extended frequency range to 3 GHz adds compliance coverage for CISPR 11 (industrial and scientific equipment), CISPR 22 (IT equipment) and CISPR 32 (multimedia equipment) alongside the CISPR 14, 15 and 25 coverage of the lower-range models. Built on a PC-integrated Windows 10 Embedded architecture with a built-in 10.1" LCD display, it uses FFT Scan Mode compliant to CISPR 16-3 for fast conducted and radiated emission measurements. Fitted with tunable pre-selection filters for wide dynamic range, it supports all five numerical detectors — Peak, Quasi-Peak, CISPR Average, RMS and CISPR RMS — all upgradable via software. Includes an integrated signal generator and 1 Hz PRF CISPR 16-1-1 calibrated pulse weighting.
