About
BE Analytic Solutions is a NABL-accredited test laboratory in the Devasandra Industrial Estate at Mahadevapura in east Bengaluru, additionally accredited by the DGAQA - the Indian Ministry of Defence's Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance - for automotive, aerospace and defence work, which is the credential that opens Indian defence programmes to it. Its EMC scope is the deepest military method set of any laboratory in this directory outside the dedicated national facilities: the MIL-STD-461 programme covers CE101 and CE102 conducted emissions, CS101 and CS114 through CS118 conducted susceptibility - including the lightning induced transient and personnel-borne electrostatic discharge methods added in revision G - RE101 and RE102 radiated emissions, and RS101 through RS103 radiated susceptibility. Alongside that it runs the automotive families (CISPR 25, ISO 7637, ISO 10605 and ISO 11452), the commercial and industrial CISPR 11, 15, 25 and 32 and IEC 61000 series, railway EN 50121, and the aerospace RTCA DO-160 sections covering magnetic effects, power input, RF susceptibility and lightning effects. The environmental estate around the chambers is equally broad - altitude, drop, fungus and mould growth, humidity, high and low temperature, salt spray and corrosion, IP ingress, vibration, thermal cycling and thermal shock, run to MIL-STD, JSS 55555 and IEC standards - and the laboratory operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which customers cite as the reason they can compress a qualification programme. A reliability engineering and RAMS consultancy practice sits alongside the testing. Specialisations are defence and aerospace qualification, MIL-STD-461 and DO-160 programmes, automotive components, and combined EMC with environmental and reliability qualification.
