About
CGS Test Merkezi (CGS Test Hizmetleri) began operating in August 2017 at Ferhatpaşa Mahallesi, Ataşehir, Istanbul, and has grown into a TÜRKAK-accredited EMC and LVD testing laboratory and notified body for CE marking (Machinery, Low Voltage and EMC), organised around three pillars: defence, automotive and conformity assessment. The defence programme covers TÜRKAK-accredited MIL-STD-461G EMI/EMC testing (CE101, CE102, CE106, CS101, CS109, CS114, CS115, CS116, CS118, RE101, RE102, RS101, RS103), HIRF, RTCA/DO-160G Section 21, MIL-STD-464 test and analysis, and MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-1275 and MIL-STD-704 testing. Automotive coverage includes ECE R10 (vehicle and ESA), ISO 16750-2, ISO 7637, ISO 11452, ISO 10605, Ford FMC1278, CVS46 commercial-vehicle EMC and OEM specifications from Ford, MAN and Mercedes. Commercial EMC spans EN 55032/55035, EN 55014-1/-2, EN 55015 and EN 61547 luminaires, EN 61326-1, EN 61000-6-x for machinery, EN 15194 e-bikes, IEC 60601-1-2, EN 55103, IEC 60945 and FCC Part 15/18, alongside LVD (EN 62368-1, EN 60204-1, EN 60598, EN 60601-1), IP (EN 60529) and EN 60068 climatic testing. CGS also offers EMC instrument calibration, EMC room validation (shielding effectiveness, NSA, SVSWR, field uniformity), EMC infrastructure setup, and EMC design and MIL-STD-461G training courses.
