Comlab
About
Comlab Telecommunications Inc. is a private company founded in 1984 by professors and engineers from the Electrical Engineering department of Laval University, with its head office, R&D laboratories, and production facilities located in Quebec City, Canada. Comlab operates its own EMC lab primarily to ensure all of its own products operate safely and reliably in hostile RF and ESD environments, with this EMC capability also made available to outside companies on a consulting basis. Their broader business includes telecommunications training systems, and the Davicom line of remote monitoring and alarm systems for broadcast, public safety, and telecom sites. Their EMC laboratory is described as ideal for testing prototypes and aiding in solving EMI problems with electronic equipment, with the option to conduct testing at a client's own facilities if required.
