Euro EMC Service (EES), operated by Dr. Diethard Hansen (IEEE member), is a Switzerland-based independent EMC engineering consultancy headquartered at Bahnhofstrasse 39, CH-8965 Berikon, Aargau. EES does not operate its own accredited test chambers; instead it is a specialist EMC pre-compliance, troubleshooting, and regulatory advisory service with over 25 years of experience spanning the EU, USA, and Asia. Dr. Hansen has conducted more than 400 technical assessments and inspections of EMC and calibration laboratories worldwide on behalf of government organisations and industry, and holds current EU/MRA (Mutual Recognition Agreement) assessor qualification for ISO/IEC 17025 test laboratories and ISO/IEC 17065 product certification bodies. Core services include on-site EMC measurements and troubleshooting for complex equipment and systems, support for product pre-compliance and acceptance testing at third-party labs, test laboratory design and setup consulting (from planning through SAS/DAKKS accreditation acceptance), representation on international and national EMC standardisation committees, long-term technical expert mandates, and in-house EMC workshops.
