The Electrical and Electronic Products Testing Center (PTEC, ศูนย์ทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์) is a testing, calibration and R&D centre operating under Thailand's National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) at 111 Thailand Science Park, Phahonyothin Road, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani. PTEC describes itself as the first electromagnetic-compatibility test laboratory in Thailand and the one with the widest scope; its EMC laboratory is on the ground floor of Tower D, INC2 building. Emission testing covers conducted and radiated emissions, harmonic current, voltage fluctuation and flicker, magnetic-field disturbance and disturbance power; immunity testing covers conducted and radiated immunity, ESD, EFT/burst, surge, voltage dips and interruptions, and power-frequency magnetic field. Sector programmes include automotive electronic sub-assemblies (CISPR 12, CISPR 25, UN ECE R10, ISO 7637 transients), aerospace and UAV/drone equipment (RTCA DO-160 including Section 17 voltage-spike testing, and MIL-STD-461), and rail, medical, machinery/robotics, power and energy, telecommunications (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID) and defence/dual-use products. PTEC also calibrates EMC and RF/microwave test equipment, and issues Thai product-approval marks: TISI (มอก.), NBTC (กสทช.), Thai FDA (อย.), PEA/MEA inverter certification, Energy Label No. 5 and P-Mark.
