SERTC Testing Center Co., Ltd. (東洲檢測股份有限公司) is a private EMC, safety and RF testing laboratory at No. 230, Sec. 2, Fengshi Rd., Fengyuan District, Taichung, founded in December 2017 and positioned as the first private laboratory in central Taiwan with complete EMC, Safety and RF capability. Its EMC laboratory was built out across 2018–2019 and received TAF ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation in October 2019, with EMI emission equipment alongside RS, CS, EFT, power-frequency magnetic field, surge, ESD, harmonic/flicker, voltage dips and three-phase power test systems. Because central Taiwan's industrial base is dominated by machinery and equipment makers, SERTC has built test capability for industrial machinery, fitness equipment, power products and industrial controllers, and offers on-site EMC and safety testing of special equipment that cannot be moved to a lab. Services span EMC to the CE EMC series, CISPR series, FCC Part series, IC ICES series and AS/NZS series; safety to IEC 60335 (household appliances), IEC 62368 (ICT), IEC 61800 (drives) and IEC 60204 (machinery), with ATEX and Machinery Directive evaluation; RF testing under RED, FCC ID, IC ID, NCC and Telec ID; multi-country certification; rectification-site rental, equipment-system build services and product EMC design retrofit consulting.
