About
Telecom Technology Center (TTC) is a non-profit, national-level InfoCom testing and certification organisation founded in February 2004 to support Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) on ICT industry development, regulation and cyber security, headquartered at Kaohsiung Science Park (No. 3, Luke 1st Rd., Luzhu District, Kaohsiung). TTC's laboratories hold TAF ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation with BSMI and NCC designations, an FCC designation (TW1063) and IECEE CB Testing Laboratory status for its communication and photovoltaic laboratory. EMC testing entered its accredited scope in August 2018 with TAF accreditation for CISPR 32 multimedia equipment, supported by a 966-class EMC chamber. Its distinguishing strengths are wireless and ICT: NCC-approved LTE (PLMN10 / IS2050) and 5G NR (PLMN12 / IS2051) type-approval testing for terminals and base stations, DVB-T and digital-TV baseband testing, WiMAX Forum certification experience, and Taiwan's first TAF- and NCC-recognised IT Security Evaluation Laboratory for InfoCom equipment, with IoT and UAV cybersecurity assessment on top.
