About
Cotecna Toby — legally Zhongrui Tengbiao (Shenzhen) Testing Co., Ltd. — is the electrical and electronics testing laboratory of the Swiss-headquartered Cotecna group, operating from Bao'an District, Shenzhen. The lab specialises in safety, EMC, wireless/RF, chemical and physical/reliability testing for consumer products, and runs its quality system to ISO/IEC 17025. It holds recognition from China's CNAS and CMA and is an accredited China customs inspection body; internationally it is recognised by the U.S. A2LA and CPSC and holds U.S. FCC and Canadian ISED (IC) laboratory recognition. As part of Cotecna it also operates as a GSO Notified Body able to issue Gulf G-Mark certificates from within China, and has obtained A2LA accreditation for EN 18031 cybersecurity testing for the EU Cyber Resilience Act. Staff of roughly 100 (40+ technical) provide one-stop EMC/safety testing and global market-access certification (CE, UKCA, FCC, ISED, PSE) for audio-video, IT, household appliance, lighting, wireless and similar products.
