Nore Testing Center Co., Ltd. (NTC, 诺尔检测) is a nationally accredited independent third-party testing, certification, and environmental services organization founded in April 2011, with its primary EMC laboratory in Dongguan and a Shenzhen division (Nuoer'an Magnetic Testing Center) in Nanshan District. NTC is constituted and operates in full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, and holds A2LA accreditation (obtained November 2017). The Dongguan laboratory is equipped with German R&S measurement receivers, Swiss EMTEST and HAEFELY test systems, and American HP instrumentation, providing comprehensive EMC emission and immunity testing for electronics, household appliances, IT equipment, lighting, medical devices, wireless products, automotive electronics, UPS/high-power power supplies, and EV charging infrastructure. NTC is notably the only third-party laboratory in China authorized to perform UPS UL certification testing. Additional specialisations include Energy Star testing (EPA-approved laboratory) and automotive electronics EMC certification for CE, E-Mark, and China new energy vehicle mandates. The Shenzhen Nuoer'an division has won outsourcing test project bids from CRRC (the world's largest rail vehicle manufacturer), and provides rail-related EMC services. NTC's certification reach spans China (CCC, SRRC), Japan (MIC, PSE), Taiwan (NCC, BSMI), Korea (KCC/MSIP), Hong Kong (OFCA), Malaysia (SIRIM), India (WPC), the Americas (FCC, IC, IFETEL, ANATEL), Europe (RED/CE), Australia (RCM), and South Africa (ICASA).
