URS Products and Testing, trading as URS Labs, is a NABL-accredited multi-site Indian laboratory running two units in Sector 5, Noida and two more near Pune - at Mahalunge Khed and in MIDC Phase II at Varale - which puts it within reach of both the Delhi NCR and western automotive supply bases. Its EMC programme is notably complete across both the commercial and automotive standard families: conducted and radiated emission, conducted susceptibility, electrostatic discharge, electrical fast transient, current harmonics, transient immunity, voltage variations and surge testing, run against the IEC 61000 series, CISPR 11, 14-1, 14-2, 25, 32 and 35, the European railway and road traffic system standards, and the ISO 11452, ISO 10605 and ISO 7637-2 automotive families. The Noida site combines EMI/EMC testing on the ground floor with shock and vibration facilities and further testing across several floors, so a component can be taken through electromagnetic and mechanical qualification in one visit. The customer base is unusually wide - automotive, telecommunications, IT and audio-visual, multimedia, lighting, household appliances, machinery, railway equipment, battery management systems, medical devices, electric vehicle chargers and road traffic systems - with CE certification support for European market access alongside Indian BIS work. Customer feedback on service quality is mixed, with several reports of poor communication and handling after testing alongside positive accounts of the facility itself, so it is worth establishing expectations in writing. Specialisations are automotive component EMC, battery management systems and EV chargers, railway and road traffic equipment, and combined EMC with shock and vibration testing.
