Note: Boeing Testing Services is primarily an in-house OEM test organization supporting Boeing's own aircraft programs and development work, not a general-purpose commercial EMC lab. Limited external testing services may be available through Boeing Global Services. Boeing Testing Services operates one of the most comprehensive aerospace electromagnetic test infrastructures in the industry, supporting the development, qualification, and certification of Boeing commercial and defense aircraft programs. The electromagnetic testing capability is part of a broader multi-discipline test organization that also covers structures, dynamics, flight test, and system-of-systems testing. Electromagnetic capabilities include EMI/EMC chambers, antenna and radar cross-section (RCS) testing ranges, aircraft system-level safety-of-flight testing, high-intensity radiated field (HIRF) testing, direct and indirect lightning effects testing, RF and IR material testing, and TEMPEST testing. These capabilities support full aircraft-level electromagnetic environment (EME) qualification in addition to component and subsystem-level testing, addressing the unique electromagnetic hazards associated with commercial and military aviation platforms. Testing is conducted to Boeing proprietary specifications (including D6-16050 series and D200Z001) as well as industry standards such as RTCA/DO-160 and MIL-STD-461.

Clark Testing is a multi-location testing laboratory offering ISO/IEC 17025-accredited and FCC-accredited EMC testing services, with facilities in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania; Dupo, Illinois; Princeton, West Virginia; and Buchanan, Michigan. The lab provides EMC compliance testing to EN, IEC, CISPR, FCC, and MIL-STD standards, serving manufacturers across a broad range of industries. Wireless and radio testing is also based at this location, with 40+ years of wireless device experience and coverage of FCC, ISED Canada, ETSI, and other international wireless certification requirements.
